Prenatal Yoga Classes Starting August 9th

 On Tuesday at 8:00PM

This 6-wk workshop introduces the benefits of breath, mental focus, and strength work in preparation for a healthy delivery and recovery. Yoga can build strength for labor and help improve your flexibility, agility, balance and posture.
