Keira Burgess, E-RYT 200, YACEP Teaching Restorative Yoga since 2011, Keira is passionate about offering students the time and permission to slow down and rest into supportive postures. She believes there is a certain healing available to us when we release all desire to go deeper into a pose, and practice surrendering into the support available to us, in stillness and silence. This practice can be truly accessible to so many bodies. Keira is a regular facilitator of the Ambassador Yoga 200 hour teacher training. Her training in Restorative Yoga and Meditation, and her calming presence are generous assets to this course.
Lucinda Sheardown, YAA 300, RYT 200, RCYT, Relax and Renew Trainer Yoga found Lucinda 18 years ago, and they have been breathing together ever since! She teaches a variety of classes with children, families, seniors and people with disabilities. It is very important to her that every body can do yoga, so Lucinda uses many adaptations in postures and class activities. Taking her Relax and Renew Trainer certification with Judith Hanson Lasater in 2011, she saw the gentle power of Restorative Yoga firsthand, and incorporated it into her teaching. Lucinda believes Restorative Yoga has significant benefits for body, mind and spirit.
