The big picture, in which we still firmly believe, is that YOGA IS GOOD.

Yoga and Mindfulness are tools we can use to help us cope, heal, connect, and let go of the things that cause our suffering, including judgement, expectations, and fear.

We can turn to our practice to help us find PEACE and POWER in these confusing, unpredictable, and unprecedented times.

Trauma Informed Yoga Training

Explore trauma using yoga as a body-based healing tool in this introductory training workshop. Many trauma survivors seek out yoga and meditation to support them in their healing journey. This training will examine key concepts to understanding trauma, the impact it has upon the physical, mental and emotional body, and provide vital tools to create a safe, healing environment. Part professional development and part personal growth workshop, this compassionate exploration and learning opportunity invites study and reflection to unlock the body, befriend the inner experience and foster positive response patterns.
