How do we think of the "core" and to what degree does this affect how we activate it? Often in yoga, a lack of connection to the core muscles leaves the body unsupported and open to injury. By establishing a firm foundation of engagement and awareness we are able to cultivate a deeper practice from a place of strength and stability.
